I'm Lourdes Monzón, a biochemist by training, founder of the Boho Sense spa, a coach, and a wellness enthusiast. For a long time, I was guided by logic, results, and professional seriousness. I operated from a rigid identity: the impeccable professional, the spa owner, the woman who had to have everything under control.

This year I learned that there isn't just one right way to be a woman. 2025 forced me to question my own structure. I opened myself up to spaces I previously judged and discovered that saying yes to the unknown is also an act of self-love. I integrated Boho Sense into my life with female leadership, emotional well-being, financial mindset, new ways to generate income, and other teaching models. I let go of the idea of ​​fitting into a single version of myself and began to honor my different versions: the creative, the entrepreneurial, the analytical, the spiritual, the mentor, and the woman who is learning to listen to herself honestly.

I realized that my resistance was a habit that kept me on familiar ground. My identity stopped feeling like a fixed structure and began to function as a dynamic system in constant adjustment. That shift brought me mental clarity, a sense of direction, and a more authentic connection to what I want to build.

By allowing myself to expand my possibilities, I recognized strengths I had previously ignored. I discovered a form of strength that doesn't come from constant effort, but from inner coherence. This year I understood that growth isn't about reinventing myself from scratch, but about integrating all the parts that already existed within me.

Today I close the year with a practical conclusion: expanding our horizons isn't an emotional impulse, it's an evolutionary strategy. Identity isn't a mold, it's a living system that optimizes itself when we stop limiting it.
