For you, who have chosen to build and not destroy...
Throughout life, we discover that feminine strength is born not only from personal struggles, but also from the echo of other voices that accompany us. When we support each other, growth becomes gentler, deeper, and brighter because we know we are not alone.
However, it is also true that genuine support is a rare treasure, since often those who most destroy women's dreams and confidence are sadly... other women.
This is why it is important to emphasize that we must be a light, because when we find those women who do not compete, do not hurt and do not extinguish but accompany, support and celebrate, we find an invaluable gift.
The authentic feminine bond is more than friendship: It is presence, it is understanding without masks, it is having a safe place to let go of your soul without fear of judgment, feeling the hand that propels, not the one that pushes down, it is discovering that vulnerability can be shared and transformed into strength.
In a society that pressures us to shine without showing our shadow, the "we" becomes a refuge that reminds us that we don't have to be able to do everything and that asking for help doesn't make us less strong, but more human.
Being together doesn't mean believing we are superior to men or more powerful if we deface the walls with phrases about female power; rather, it means knowing that if we support each other, we will be better human beings, capable of recognizing red flags in a partner and improving our selection criteria to choose who will be our life partner and respect him as he will respect us.
We need a colleague who recommends our work, a friend who tells us the truth we need to hear, a sister who encourages us not to give up, or a woman who, even from afar, illuminates our path with her example. This will help us know that even though there is competition, criticism, or envy in the world, there are also women who build up, contribute, and believe in the power of shared growth.
This article is a tribute to the women who, although few, have chosen to build instead of destroy, to those who celebrate achievements both their own and others', to those who listen with an open heart, to those who support without expecting anything in return, to those who come like light in dark times, to those who truly love themselves and this is reflected in the love and respect they give to others.
My gratitude towards them is deep and necessary, since they are few and far between; I am grateful for their presence, their tenderness, and their courage.
Let these lines remind every reader that we are not alone on this journey, even when the world seems divided or when criticism hurts more than silence, there will always be women willing to walk with us.
Let's continue building bridges and not walls, let's continue promoting admiration instead of competition, let's continue being women who lift up and not those who hurt.
May we never lack a woman to hold our hand, may we never cease to be that true friend to someone else, because when one woman illuminates another, she does not lose her own brilliance, but both shine brighter.
On a personal level, I also thank everyone for their criticism, because without realizing it, their words became motivation, their doubts awakened my strength, their critiques sharpened my dreams and pushed me to achieve them with more determination than ever. However, one can build more when one is loyal.
May this year leave us with all the pain, and may the coming year find us stronger, freer, and more united than ever. Always choose to build.
