Being a Mom and a Professional: The Secret to Succeeding in Both Worlds
Being a mother and a professional at the same time is not easy, but it is profoundly transformative.
When my son was born eight years ago, my life took an unexpected and wonderful turn. Since then, I've combined my two great passions: raising a loving family and helping companies make strategic decisions based on market intelligence.
During these years, I have learned to organize my time precisely, to prioritize clearly and to communicate with empathy, qualities that not only strengthen my role as a mother, but also as a consultant.
Every meeting with a client, every data analysis, now has a deeper meaning: to contribute to a world where business and personal life can coexist with harmony and purpose.
I've discovered that being a mom has made me more human and more efficient. I've learned to listen actively, to read between the lines, and to be patient, both with my son and with business processes. And most importantly, I've understood that I don't have to do it all alone. My husband's support has been key on this shared journey, where we are both protagonists in our son's growth.
I deeply admire the women who, by choice or necessity, go out to work every day, leaving their children in the care of others. And I also immensely admire those who dedicate themselves completely to raising their children and their homes. We all deserve recognition. We are all raising the next generation with love and devotion.
Today I can say that growing up with my son has been the greatest privilege. Because as I watch him develop, I too reinvent myself, learn, challenge myself, and evolve. Being a mother taught me that professional success is not at odds with tenderness, and that behind every achievement, there is a network of love that sustains it.
