The report consolidates the goals, progress, and results in environmental, social, and governance (ESG) matters for the period from January 1 to December 31, 2024. It also offers a comprehensive view of the AICSA Sustainability Strategy 2025–2030; a roadmap aligned with the ESG pillars and guided by its overarching purpose: “To contribute to the development of Guatemala with solutions that transform lives.”

“I am very proud to present this first Sustainability Report, which reaffirms how sustainability has become a fundamental axis of every project we undertake and highlights our commitment to international best practices, taking as a reference the standards of the Global Reporting Initiative (GRI),” said architect Ernesto Ruiz Sinibaldi, Founder and President of Corporación AICSA.

During 2024, AICSA delivered over 250,000 square meters of completed construction and the design of over 690,000 square meters, reflecting its technical and operational capabilities. Simultaneously, it promoted corporate wellness initiatives that benefited its more than 2,000 employees, earning the Great Place to Work recognition and certification of its corporate building as a "Breastfeeding-Friendly Space," reinforcing a culture based on trust, respect, and a sense of belonging.

Through its social programs, more than 600 people benefited from community development initiatives. The corporate volunteer program was also strengthened, reaching 690 hours of participation, and the 13th edition of the AICSA-Celasa Open Golf Tournament was held to benefit the Esperanza Juvenil Association. In addition, support will be provided for infrastructure projects to strengthen the Santo Hermano Pedro Social Works Hospital, which serves communities with limited resources.

In terms of governance, AICSA strengthened its ethical framework by updating the Code of Ethics and Corporate Conduct, consolidating technical committees, and implementing an ethics hotline, reaffirming its commitment to integrity, transparency, and compliance.

“We firmly believe that companies have a leading role to play in the transformation of our societies and we are determined to assume that responsibility with seriousness and a long-term vision,” concluded Javier Ruiz, CEO of Corporación AICSA.
