Guatemala celebrates two decades of female leadership with the XX Congress of Guatemalan Women Leaders

This October 7th, the Westin Camino Real Hotel will be the epicenter of a historic event: the 20th Congress of Guatemalan Women Leaders, organized by the Guatemalan Chamber of Commerce. This landmark event celebrates twenty years of promoting female leadership in the business, community, and family spheres, establishing itself as a strategic platform for the comprehensive development of Guatemalan women.
For two decades, the Congress has brought together visionary women, entrepreneurs and leaders who share tools, experiences and dreams before an audience committed to social transformation.
The 2025 edition raises the bar even higher, with high-impact conferences, specialized panels, networking spaces, and a lineup of national and international guests who inspire authenticity, resilience, and purpose.
Among the featured speakers are:
· Gaby Vargas (Mexico) – Writer and communicator, author of more than 15 books on image, self-esteem, and personal development. Her presentation will be "The Power of Your Energy."
· Stephanie Himonidis “Chiquibaby” (Mexico) – Existential coach and author of Wake Up, Dare and Transform Yourself, will present The Art of Reinventing Yourself Without Fear, a talk that seeks to connect deeply with the attendees.
· Angélica Vale and Adela Micha (Mexico) – Icons of Latin American entertainment and journalism, will share experiences that celebrate authenticity and female empowerment.
· Juan Pablo Díaz del Castillo (Colombia) – Psychologist specializing in logotherapy and emotional well-being, will address the topic of anxiety in a hyperconnected world.
· Cristina “Tinita” Osuna (Guatemala) – Naturopath and Health Coach, promoter of hormonal and metabolic well-being.
