Guatemala, December 13, 2025. ÍNTEGRO, a real estate developer and operator belonging to Corporación AICSA, inaugurated Los Celajes de Quiché, the first large-scale shopping center in Santa Cruz del Quiché and a new commercial, social, and cultural landmark for western Guatemala. This project, part of ÍNTEGRO Commercial, opens a new chapter of opportunity, convenience, and community pride for the region.

Los Celajes aligns with ÍNTEGRO's strategy to decentralize the country's development, promoting projects that bring infrastructure, employment, and well-being to inland cities and departmental capitals. Located at kilometer 165.5 of the Chicorral village, and just 5 minutes from downtown Santa Cruz del Quiché , the project spans 44,000 m² of construction , with over 15,000 m² of leasable area, 75 retail concepts, and 219 parking spaces . Its retail mix includes La Torre supermarket, Barista, Pollo Campero, Curacao, iShop, MAX, Dollar City, Miniso, Puma, Skechers, Megapaca, among others; as well as clinics, opticians, fashion boutiques, cafes, restaurants, family entertainment, and an event hall, making it the largest convenience center in the department.

The shopping center will benefit not only Santa Cruz del Quiché, but also municipalities in the area of ​​influence such as Chichicastenango, San Pedro Jocopilas, San Antonio Ilotenango, Chiché, Patzité and nearby communities, offering accessible hours from Sunday to Thursday from 10:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. and Friday and Saturday until 9:00 p.m.

 Los Celajes is pet friendly and will have permanent activities for families, which will also be free, such as workshops, children's shows, sports and meetings of entrepreneurs, which will be communicated on its official networks.

The shopping center's design incorporates a visual narrative inspired by the K'iche' Maya worldview. The entrance features the "Messenger of Dawn," a monumental sculpture that integrates the Nahual AQ'AB'AL , a symbol of a new dawn for the region. The artwork combines the work of Guatemala City artist Sebastián del Bosque and K'iche' artist Juan Francisco Arévalo Mayen , celebrating the union of tradition and modernity. The project also incorporates Mayan constellations in the flooring, patterns inspired by Q'uq'umatz, and lighting fixtures based on regional colors and textiles.

TWO-PHASE OPENING

Phase 1 (December 13, 2025): Opening with the main offering of services, fashion, health, gastronomy, food court, event hall and active plazas.
