Guatemala, March 2025 – Every March 8th, International Women's Day is commemorated, a day to remember the struggle for equal rights and women's participation in society. In Central America, this day takes on special significance as it recognizes the resilience and effort of millions of women who, through their work, education, and entrepreneurship, contribute to the region's development.

· Abigail Domínguez is a woman Abigail, 41, has been with MOBILITY ADO since December 2019. She is proud to belong to a company that provides her with stability and whose values reflect those she learned at home. Her passion for her work motivates her daily, and she enjoys an environment where everyone is like family. In her role, Abigail handles incidents, supervises routes, and ensures that the buses operate smoothly. She also manages reports, coordinates with gas stations, organizes schedules, and handles administrative procedures for the proper functioning of operations. For her, commitment, a positive attitude, and a passion for service are key to her work.

· Darlin Ramírez has been with MOBILITY ADO for over three years, starting as a controls assistant and now working as warehouse manager. Her job has provided her with financial stability, allowing her to improve her quality of life and travel to other countries like El Salvador and Costa Rica. Since joining the company, her professional life has taken off, establishing her as a key member of the operational management team in the region. Her responsibilities include managing spare parts, liaising with suppliers, preparing reports, handling inventory, and attending meetings with teams in Mexico. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her pets, watching TV series, and receiving visits from friends.

· With 12 years of experience in international passenger transport and five within the Group, Danelia Ramos has found her work to be a source of inspiration and growth. Her passion for serving and contributing to the company's development provides her daily motivation, and she enjoys a warm and supportive environment that fosters learning. Her work routine involves coordinating operations with her team, and outside of work, she focuses on her personal well-being through exercise, meditation, and spending time with her family. She is passionate about reading, studying the universe, and exploring nature, combining her professional life with a strong personal and spiritual balance.
