Nature, movement and adrenaline at San Agustín Bike Park
Total Health is pleased to announce the second edition of the Ruta al Bienestar Rally, a unique experience that combines movement, nature, health and connection, this Sunday, July 20th at San Agustín Bike Park.
Following the success of the first edition, this new version of the rally is renewed with more challenges, a holistic wellness program, and an open format so that everyone can participate, whether by taking part in the competition or enjoying the free outdoor activities .
TWO WAYS TO PARTICIPATE
Rally Competition (Registration fee paid):
The rally is a competition for pairs (friends, family, partner or whoever you choose), where teams must overcome 8 themed stations inspired by the pillars of well-being: physical, mental, emotional, hydration, connection, balance, resilience and fun.
Modalities:
Family / Beginners: no weights, easy routes, light challenges
Intermediate / Pro: with weights, running, ice diving, mud, slacklining, calisthenics, cycling, endurance challenges.

10:00 AM: Zumba class with Liss Palencia
11:30 AM: Family games by United Play Guatemala
12:30 PM: MTB Gravity Exhibition by the Bikers Academy
