Guatemala, March 12, 2025. With an area of ​​346.5 square meters, the retractable roof will allow natural light and ventilation, significantly contributing to reduced energy consumption. "This is another step on our path toward sustainability, specifically LEED certification, which validates our green practices. We want our visitors to enjoy a more natural and welcoming environment while they and their families enjoy special activities during the summer," explained Cristina Pérez, Operations Director at Videre Shopping Center .

The retractable roof will be open daily from 7:00 am to 9:00 pm, weather permitting. Its opening and closing system takes only 4 minutes, ensuring convenience and efficiency for all visitors and employees of the shopping center.

In addition to this major innovation, Videre Shopping Center will offer a series of special activities during the summer season, which will run from March 7 to April 20. These include:
