The purpose in the storm
Life's storms arrive unannounced. They can leave you on the ground, your heart heavy with questions and feeling like everything is lost. But in the midst of that pain, there's something we need to remember: there is no purpose without difficulty .
God doesn't reveal the greatest plans for our lives in moments of calm, because He knows that without trials we might easily abandon them. It is difficulties that prepare us, shape us, and make us grow in faith.
Tiredness, frustration, and sadness can make us feel defeated, but the storm is never the end. It's a process, a path of growth. The purpose isn't found in avoiding pain, but in going through it with the certainty that God is there, shaping our lives at every step.
Perhaps today you don't understand why you're facing what you're facing, but the day will come when you look back and see that this dark valley was necessary to strengthen your spirit. What seems like a loss today can become the foundation of a future with more faith, more maturity, and more trust in the divine plan.
Because it's not about what you lose in the storm, but about what God is building in you through it.
"And we know that in all things God works for the good of those who love him, who have been called according to his purpose."
Romans 8:28
