¿Estás Viviendo o Solo Sobreviviendo?

Are you living or just surviving?

There are days when it seems like everything is a loop: get up, do chores, answer messages, pay bills, sleep… and repeat. Without realizing it, we slip into an automatic mode that consumes us. We survive, yes, but are we truly living?

The difference between living and surviving isn't in what we have, but in how we feel and where we're going. Surviving is dragging through the days, living is filling them with purpose. Surviving is counting down the hours until the day is over, living is being grateful for every hour that comes.

But how do you go from survival to a life with purpose?

1. Listen to yourself again. Ask yourself: What makes you feel alive? What fills you with energy and purpose? If your whole day is consumed by activities that only drain you, it's time to evaluate.

2. Take intentional breaks. Constant rushing doesn't allow you to think. Take moments of silence, walks, prayer, or reflection to reconnect with what you truly want.

3. Learn to say no. We survive when we live for others without measure. We live when we learn to protect our peace and choose with love where we invest our energy.

4. Serve others from your essence. Often, purpose is found by helping others with your talents and experiences. Service with love connects you with who you are and what you came to give to the world.

5. Remember that you are here for a reason. You are not an accident. Your life has value, and every step, even the difficult ones, can lead you to a greater purpose.

The difference between living and surviving lies in intention. It's not about having everything figured out or living without problems, but about choosing each day to live consciously, with faith, with gratitude, and with a purpose that lifts you up even on difficult days.

Today can be the day you stop dragging your life along and start truly living it.

"I have come that they may have life, and have it to the full."
— John 10:10
