What I learned from women while working with them
Working with women is not just a professional experience, it's a constant life lesson. From my position, supporting creative processes, strategic decisions, and difficult moments, I've discovered that true female leadership doesn't need to shout… because its power lies in the balance between sensitivity and firmness .
I've learned that a woman can be broken inside and still smile to support the team. That she can cry for five minutes in the bathroom and then return to a meeting with the best strategy of the day. That her way of facing life isn't weak, it's different… and profoundly human .
I have witnessed the love with which they attend to detail, the courage with which they defend an idea, the intuition that often anticipates risks that reason cannot yet foresee. They have taught me that work is not just about results, but about respect, listening, empathy, and space.
Working with them has also challenged me: my own prejudices, what I thought I knew but didn't, the challenge of leading without imposing, and of admiring without romanticizing. Because women don't need to be rescued, they need to be respected, valued, and supported.
And if there's one thing I can say today, after years of sharing an office, projects, dreams, and setbacks with them, it's that the world is a better place when built as a team with women . Not out of obligation, not because of quotas… but because their way of being and doing leaves a mark, changes realities, and touches lives.
Thank you for letting me learn from you. For your example, your strength, your truth. And for reminding me every day that true transformation comes from the heart.
"A virtuous woman, who can find her? For her worth is far above rubies."
