Guatemala, February 17, 2024.As part of their academic training and with the aim of strengthening their knowledge in the real estate field, a group of students from the Master's Program in Real Estate Project Management (MAPI) at Francisco Marroquín University (UFM) visited Districentro, an emblematic project developed by Calidad Inmobiliaria.
“During the tour, the students had the opportunity to learn firsthand about the various processes involved in the planning, construction, and management of a project of this magnitude,” said Enrique Toriello, Commercial Director of Calidad Inmobiliaria. Throughout the visit, they explored key topics such as project conceptualization, its commercial viability, the development of financing strategies, and the logistical and operational aspects necessary for its execution.
Furthermore, the challenges associated with development timelines, administrative and regulatory processes, and the strategies implemented to ensure the project's efficiency and sustainability were discussed. This experience provided students with a comprehensive understanding of the real estate sector and the complexity of managing a project from its initial phase to completion.
With initiatives like this, Calidad Inmobiliaria reaffirms its commitment to education and talent development in the sector, providing practical learning spaces that complement academic training and allow future professionals to apply their knowledge in real-world environments.
