Empezar de cero

Starting from scratch

Starting over doesn't always feel like an opportunity. Often it feels like a failure. Like losing something. Like not having achieved what you hoped for. And that's why it's so difficult to talk about restarts, even though we all have to go through them at some point.

What no one tells you is that starting from scratch isn't going back to where you were before . Because you're not the same person. Because everything you've experienced—the good, the bad, the pain, the lessons learned—has made you a different person. That "zero" is no longer empty; it's full of experience, scars, and newfound strength.

Starting from scratch is uncomfortable, yes. It's scary. It feels unfair sometimes. But it also opens up space to reinvent yourself, to rethink your priorities, to let go of what you no longer need. It's not a clean slate, it's writing with a more conscious, firmer, more personal pen.

Perhaps today you're at a point where everything seems uncertain, and all you see is a chaotic path. But listen to this: it's not a setback, it's a relaunch . Life is giving you the opportunity to design a more authentic version of yourself.

So don't be afraid to start again. Because you're not starting from scratch… you're starting from the wisdom that the journey has already given you.

"Behold, I make all things new."
