Faith in Difficult Times #3: It's not the end, it's the threshold to something new

Sometimes it seems like everything is falling apart. What you had planned collapses. What you nurtured with so much love ends. What you thought was stable shatters. And then you think: “This is it, I’ve reached my limit.” You feel like you’ve lost, that you’ve failed, that there’s nothing left on the other side.

But today I want to remind you of this: it is not the end… it is the threshold towards something new .

God doesn't close chapters to leave you empty. Sometimes He allows certain doors to slam shut, so you have no doubt that you shouldn't have gone back there. And even though the process hurts, even though it seems unfair, it's also part of the path that leads you to what was truly meant for you.

The threshold isn't always beautiful. It's often dark, uncomfortable, uncertain. But it's precisely there that faith is activated. Where you choose to keep walking, even when you can't see clearly. Where you trust not because everything makes sense, but because you know that God didn't bring you here to leave you alone.

The new doesn't always arrive with applause. Sometimes it comes after silence, after mourning, after letting go. But it does arrive. And when it does, you understand that what hurt so much wasn't a grave… it was a birth. That you weren't losing, you were being reborn.

So if you feel like something has ended, don't be afraid. It's not the end. It's the beginning you can't yet imagine.

"See, I am doing a new thing! Now it springs up; do you not perceive it? I am making a way in the wilderness and rivers in the wasteland."
Isaiah 43:19
