“Female frustration: how to transform it into energy and inner peace”
It's difficult to feel complete, calm, and full of peace all the time. There will always be a moment when we experience frustration in each of the roles we develop in our lives.
As professionals, we always want less work and better pay. and? we can demonstrate all our capabilities. As mothers When we blame ourselves for everything. When our children are little, we ask why they aren't obedient, and when they're older, we ask when... They make bad decisions.
As a wife and homemaker, frustration sometimes arises from the exhaustion of not having achieved the goals of a clean, tidy house and having enough energy to enjoy a moment with my husband. Believing we could have done more can lead to feelings of frustration.
Something we women, in particular, love to do is replay the same episode in our minds until we find a "reason" for what causes us an unpleasant feeling. This is called rumination, and all it does is drain what little energy we have left after a frustrating event.
Another thing we do is play the victim, having "poor me" thoughts and thinking that everything we've had to go through isn't fair. These thoughts make us feel worse because we send messages to our brain to perpetuate the sadness.
Therefore, if you feel frustrated, sad, or very angry, you shouldn't dwell on or indulge in that feeling, which can sometimes cause psychological pain, such as by crying for a long time in a dark and cold place. You also shouldn't talk about it on social media, as this will only prolong the feeling, or take something that will make you feel worse, like alcohol or drugs.
On the contrary, here are some immediate actions we can take When we are frustrated, these are the things we do:
● Have a relaxing tea
● Write it down and throw it away
● Go for a walk and observe nature
● Read a book on a topic you are passionate about
● Listen to biographies of successful people
● Smiling to activate the neurons of well-being
● Carry out exercise
● Listen to cheerful music
● Finding shapes in the clouds
● Surround yourself with people who add value
● Learn something new
● Connect with your spiritual side
● Hang motivational quotes on your mirror.
Finally, don't forget put on the magic glasses of gratitude and Remember that you are enough, with unique and unrepeatable characteristics, thousands of talents, with a special life full of the colors you wish to see and with roles you choose to enjoy each day. Don't dwell on frustration, identify it and invite it out of your house. There will always be more pleasant feelings to cherish, contemplate, and invite to stay with you.
